Return Policy Page

Returns and Refunds.

1. Log in to your subscription account and select My Orders.

2. Select the order you want to return and click the Manage Orders button.

3. Click Return.

4. Fill out the return form. Available return options (pickup/delivery) will be displayed on this form.

5. Safely wrap your subliminal package and the product is delivered to you in its original and harmless

manufacturer's packaging with a return label affixed to the top of the return package.

6. Visit your nearest drop-off point or wait for pickup with our pick-up service.


Return terms.

1. Product should be unused, unwashed, washed and free of any defects. Fashion items can be tried on to

see if they fit, but they will be considered unmarried. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable

condition, we reserve the right to return it to you.

2. Product should include original label, user manual, warranty card, free and accessories.

3. Product must be returned to original and innocuous manufacturer packaging/box. If the product is

delivered in second subliminal packaging, it must be returned in the same condition as the return

shipping label. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

1. If your product was delivered defective, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please request a return to the

Sabxa app or website. Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery for sub-

items and 7 days for non-sub-items.

2. For problems with electronic devices and mobile phones after use or after the return policy period,

please check if the product is covered by a vendor warranty or brand warranty. For more information on

3. For selected categories, we accept change of mind. For more information, see the section below on

Return Policy by Category.

Justification for return.

1. Damaged product delivered (i.e. physical damage or damage)/failure (e.g. unable to switch)

2. Incomplete product delivered (meaning missing items and/or accessories)

3. Incorrect product delivered (eg incorrect product/size/color, counterfeit or expired)

4. The product delivered does not match the product description or pictures (i.e. the product is not

advertised)

5. The delivered product was not suitable. (meaning not the right size)

Phones and Tablets

Subcommittee's assessment.

NOTE: We do not accept refunds for any used items. For mobile phones, if the device is dead (ie not fully

turned on) upon arrival, you can request a refund directly from the subbox. If the phone is already activated*,

please contact the seller or brand warranty directly for manufacturer warranty information.

* The phone is considered active when a SIM card is inserted or when the phone is connected to the Internet via

Wi-Fi.


Fashion

Apparel, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories

Change of mind applies to refunds and refunds (excluding non-subcommittee items shipped from abroad). If an

item is received defective, defective, incorrect or incomplete, a refund will be made based on the

Subcommittee's assessment. Items, along with their labels, must be unaltered, washed and altered. Any used

items will be discarded and returned to the customer.

Bags, glasses, jewelry, watches, women's and men's underwear.

NOTE: We do not accept refunds for any used items. For branded warranty laptops, Sabxa will only accept

returns if the device arrives dead (ie not fully opened). After the branded seal is opened or removed, please

contact the seller or the branded warranty provider directly for the manufacturer's warranty information.

Refund Policy

Issue a refund

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method according to the table

below. Shipping charges will be refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time it takes to complete a refund depends on the refund method you choose. Once we have received your

product (2-3 business days) and conducted quality control (1-2 business days), the possible refund processing

times are as follows:
